Many people have health concerns that they simply do nothing about. Often we will lay on bed at night and think about a happier and healthier us. Then the alarm gos off in the morning and it’s business as usual. This can mean all kinds of bad habits from a cigarette on the car ride to getting a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit at Burger King for breakfast. Do you know how much saturated fat is in those things? Anyway, the compounded effect of too many cigarettes and breakfast sandwiches is bad for your outside appearance as well as your insides. Integrate these two simple step into your day to help you have a younger and healthier appearance.
1.) Get at least 7-9 hours of sleep each night-Getting what is considered the required amount of sleep is not a luxury. Your body simply does not function as it should on a mere 4 or 5 hours of sleep each night. If you’re not getting much sleep because you work two jobs it can be difficult to get that sleep in. If you aren’t getting the sleep because you are out partying all night, this is a recipe for disaster. You are most likely coupling partying and even heavy drinking with a lack of sleep and this can make you appear years older than you actually are.
2.) Drink a lot of water- Sure, you’ve already been hearing for your whole life that you should be drinking more water. That’s because this particular piece of advice happens to be a very good one! Put down those sugary drinks in favor of some old fashioned tap water and your overall health will surely benefit.
